Just request an extension. I was able to get a month extension on mine.

yeah i got it signed off but lagged on finding out whether i had to go to court or not because the cop checked off the non-correctable box. that day i called you, i couldn't get through to anybody at the court so i just went online and requested the extension. they gave me another month.

yeah if it's you're first extension, you should be able to get it.

i had a non correctable ticket but the judge let me slide with all fix its. $25 each violation.

*edit* I was also able to get like a 3mo extension. They said I had to pay the fine because it wasn't correctible. I didn't work at the time so I told them I couldn't get the money in time. it was suppose to be $495. I called them and they said that's the price whether i get the violations signed off or not. (2 were correctible and 1 wasn't) When I tried to pay online, it said I couldn't pay til i went to court.. I got my ticket in Aug extended till Dec. Gave me court date in May. Got away with $75 instead of $495.
