friday evening on my way home my car developed an engine problem pale not sure what is wrong yet cuz i wont have it at the dealer till tomorrow im hopeing its a jumped tooth on the timeing from the timeing chain. but it maybe needing a new engine i just dont know yet. lucky i havent hit 60k yet and its still covered i hope pale

crap... if youre under warrenty then they should cover it. just put all your OEM parts back on.

man i wonder, its really hard to jump a tooth on a chain, if the xd uses a chain like us and not belt.

it starts but not real good .and it sounds to my dad that the timeing is off cuz of that or a vvti sensor could have went out . still waiting to see

it could be the sensor. i duno if its the same with the xd but our motor will occasionally have a faulty sensor that goes out fairly quick. lets hope it didnt jump a tooth and bend/chip a valve

ya. the thing is im actualy thinking that the cam its self broke . it really could be anything . i wish cars went back to the old school no computers its easyer

I doubt its the cam. It would sound like a chain saw if you started it. then the vvti would kick in and shut the car off.

um it does. in fact i tryed to kick it over yesterday and nuthing. im thinking more and more its the cam.

it should be under warranty its not over 60k yet

dealer just called me 8 of the valves were off . yes i said off nuthing broke for what they could see. they dont know y they came off still looking at it they had 8 tech guy scratching thier head
